Dana Zrubcova, PhD. is the leader for Slovakia in the project. She has extensive experience in education of nurses and nurse educators. She is active on the institutional and national levels in the field of education; currently she is the Vice-Dean for Education at the Faculty and a member of the Presidium of the Slovak Chamber of Nurses and Midwives. Her main expertise and research areas are assessment of stress in nursing students and analysis of effective coping in nursing students. Her main teaching area is psychiatric nursing and currently she is a supervising educator for nurse lectors in clinical practice at a psychiatric clinic. She has more than 15 years of experience in nurse education and nursing research.

Associate professor Andrea Solgajova, PhD. is the head of the Department of Nursing. She has long experience as a university teacher. She has experience in education of nurses in neurological nursing and research in nursing. Her main research areas are anxiety and ineffective coping in patients and its diagnostics. The research includes experience and research in education of diagnostic competencies in nurses. She is the research representative for Slovakia in the European Research Nursing Foundation (ERNF). Currently she is a supervising educator for nurse lectors in clinical practice at a neurological clinic. She has more than ten years of experience in nurse education and nursing research.

Luboslava Pavelova, PhD. is the university teacher of community nursing and surgical nursing. As a pedagogical expert, she trains nurses for extended community specialisation. She has experience in research projects on patient education in community. Currently she is a supervising educator for nurse lectors in clinical practice at a surgical clinic and in community care. She has more than 15 years of experience in nurse education and nursing research.

Professor Tomas Sollar, PhD. is the head of the Department of Psychological Sciences. He has long experience as a university teacher and researcher. His main research areas are cognitive psychology, health psychology and psychometrics. His main teaching activities includes courses of experimental psychology, psychodiagnostics, statistics for social scientists, and methodology.
